Our Environmental, Social and Governance Commitment
At UniLodge Living Group and through our family of brands, we recognise our responsibility to operate sustainably and ethically. Our ESG commitment is integrated into every stage of the resident, partner and investor journey, shaping how we design, manage and improve our communities across Australia and New Zealand.
Environmental Stewardship
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact through energy-efficient operations across the properties we manage. We support our partners to meet or exceed benchmarks, such as:
- NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) for building energy and water efficiency
- Green Star certifications for sustainable building practices through the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA)
- Engagement with New Zealand’s Green Star and Homestar frameworks for environmentally responsible living.
We actively promote responsible waste management, emissions reduction, and water conservation across the properties we manage, and proudly support the Australian Bedding Stewardship Council‘s mattress recycling program.
Social Responsibility
Inspiring safe, inclusive, and engaged communities is central to our vision. We support:
