Our Community Engagement

Community isn’t an add-on, it’s at the heart of how we operate.

We believe strong communities are built on connection, inclusion, and care. Across our student and build-to-rent properties, we foster environments where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Our commitment to community comes to life through vibrant residential experiences, meaningful cultural celebrations, and wellbeing programs that promote connection and belonging. We actively support Indigenous engagement and cultural respect across our network and partner with purpose-driven organisations like Red Frogs to deliver harm-prevention and peer-support programs. We also provide access to scholarships and financial assistance to help more people experience supported living.

Whether it’s through shared meals, skill-building workshops, or volunteering opportunities, our goal is to create communities that feel like home and make a lasting impact beyond the front door.
